Last week was a crazy week for me, I started my graduated program at the University I attend and it’s an hour away from my home. Driving back in forth took a toll on me however, I’m very excited to start my new program and to compete it. With that said I did not have time to write a Halloween post this past Friday but be sure to check a new post out this Friday. I just wanted to give you guys a heads up on my where abouts.

Sorry I’ve been M.I.A for the past few days I’ve had some major computer problems… now that everything is fix we will resume tomorrow with our regular scheduled program.

Michael Jackson was remembered Tuesday July 7, 2009  in Los Angeles  (city of angels). There was a private service for family and close friends that was held at the Forrest lawn cemetery in Hollywood Hills at 8am then a televised remembrance was held at the Los Angeles Staples center at 10am. The ceremony was very touching and brought to light the person of whom Michael Jackson was which included: father, brother, friend, and cousin and much more. The one touching image that will be ingrained in my mind will be MJ’s daughter Paris to speak at the end of the service. As some of you may know I lost my father almost 4 years ago. The thoughts and feelings that were felt in the voice of Paris was an all too knowing emotion of despair and great loss of someone you have known all of your life and have loved deeply be taken away from you to soon.

May god be with the Jackson family.

Hello hello hello to all of my fabulous Trendqueen readers. I have to apologize… I know it’s been a few days since I last wrote a post but this past week has been super hectic.  My love and I decided to move into a bigger apartment, with all of the rent rates going down we decided to jump on a wonderful offer in a place we’ve had our eye on for a while. Finally everything is starting to settle down and I can get back to work and bring you the best and latest fashion trends.

This week will be about sales..who doesn’t like to save money. Whether your on the east or west coast a sale will be near you this week  so stay tuned. A word of advice if your are going to move have helpful friends not people who turn up being spectators.The next time I move (which I hope wont be for a very long time) I will hire movers.

On June 25, 2009 Michael Jackson passed away. This is a man that was known around the word for his amazing talent, beautiful voice, and dance moves. Michael Jackson has touched all of our lives in one way or another.

I can remember as a child dancing to his music and when Michael Jackson started to moon walk I tried to do the same. My favorite Michael Jackson song is “Man in the mirror” it’s such a compelling song about changing one’s self and changing the world. My favorite toy in the 80′s was my Michael Jackson doll that came with a sparkly glove and was dressed in the red leather thriller outfit. Each and everyone of us has a memory about a song Michael Jackson has sang in the past. What is your favorite memory please leave a comment below. I know some of you are wondering what happen to the wedding post for today… I will resume my wedding post next week for those of you who were looking foreword to reading it. I couldn’t contain myself about writing a review for Transformer 2 “Revenge of the Fallen”. It is such a kick ass movie; if you liked the first Transformers then you will love the sequel. There’s more fighting, action, and great digital animation. For all of the “Megan Fox” lovers there is more of her as well. The movie is pretty long after the previews it’s about 2 hours and 15 minutes. Overall great movie I give it two thumbs up!

My father passed away 3 years ago; he was the best father anyone could ask for. He was warm, kind, and loving for a man who stood at 6’4 250 pounds (he was a big man). I deeply miss him yet, I know he is watching over my sisters and myself from heaven. I miss you Daddy, Happy Fathers day.

Woo Hoo the count down to my birthday begins…I’m a cancer baby!

The MTV Movie awards came on last night. It seems that the show had a lot of technical difficulty with a lot of mishaps from presenters and crazy shout-outs from the audience. However I did like the performance from Eminem it’s been 4 years since he was last performed. I can’t wait for two of my favorite sequels to reprise this year in which I was able to see trailers on last night show which is Transformers that comes out June 24th and New Moon (the Twilight sequel in theaters November 20). The host Andy Sandberg was pretty funny. However, what was not funny was Bruno bare ass in Eminem’s face last night…I wonder if he ever went back to his seat because that section of the audience of was shown again. Not cool MTV not cool…of all people why him.
