Here is your first look at the Sex and The City Movie 2 trailer…enjoy!

Filming for the Sex and the City movie started shooting today in New York.  Carrie Bradshaw was spotted shooting a scene. Can’t wait to see the film Come May 2010.

Grant Wifley Casting is holding an open call for background performers for Sex & the City 2:

They say, “We’re seeking actors to play Fashion Models, Celebrity types, Upscale Socialites, Fashionistas, Urban Club goers, Gays and Lesbians, International types (Middle Eastern, Arabic, Asian, European, British), and Professional Soccer Players.”

That’s certainly a wide range of people, but I think the main requirement is that you’re fabulous!

The open call is taking place in NYC on Tuesday August 4th at Metropolitan Pavilion (125 West 18th Street between 6th and 7th Aves).

Screen Actors Guild members are welcome from 10am-12:30pm. Everyone else is from 1:30pm-4pm.

Well it seems that all of my crossing of fingers, legs, and arms worked. Sarah Jessica Parker confirmed Monday night while at the Tribeca Film Festival that Mr. Big (Chris North) has signed on to reprise his role for the Sex and the City movie 2. Just because Mr. Big is back it doesn’t stop inquiring minds from wondering why parts of the movie will be filmed in London or if Mr. Big will cheat on Carrie or will she become pregnant? So many questions…

Hello All,

I wanted to update everyone about the Sex and the City movie 2; I  got word that Mr. Big played by Chris North has not signed on to reprise his role in the sequel as of yet; however, there is no start date to begin shooting but there’s talk that Chris North is having scheduling problems but others say Chris North is still negotiating his paycheck for the sequel with New Line Cinema.

If Chris North “Mr. Big” doesn’t sign his contract how will that play out in the sequel? The first Sex and the City movie ended with Carrie marrying Mr. Big. Well let’s hope everything will work itself out. Let’s keep our fingers, eyes, legs, and arms crossed.

The girls are coming back and a date has been set. The Sex and the city movie 2 will be in theaters May 28, 2010. I can’t wait I’ve been a fan of Carrie, Miranda, Samantha, and Charlotte since the show aired on HBO in 1998. I can’t wait stay tuned for updates.
