A new trend I’ve come across a lot in the last few weeks has been the layered Necklace. I was reading People magazine and noticed Drew Barrymore rocking a cotton mesh necklace with glass beads by Scoop which retails for $ 338.00. Now if this doesn’t fit your price range here is the one I just purchased from Express.
