Soon it will be time to say good-bye to summer. Students will start school in a short few days and for myself in a few weeks. I found a really cute Button sleeve scarf tunic at WetSeal for $22.50 I love the color but feel if I buy it, it may be too much for the fall isn’t the rule not to wear white after labor day or is the rule for all white outfits?
