Since Autumn is now in effect it’s time for myself to start looking for some knee high/tall boots for the upcoming Autumn and winter days and nights. I’ve been checking out Bakersshoes.com they have boots under $150.00 here are a couple I have my eye on. A pair I really love are the Tripin BK boot by chinese laundy which retail for $119.95. I’d like for my everyday boots not to have a heel so after a few hours my feet aren’t throbbing. Another place that has no heel chic tall fashion boots is Target. These Mossimo boots can be paired with skinny jeans and a long sleeve shirt  the Mossimo kalena studed boots retail for $35.99 sometimes a little edge is good in your wardrobe.

A trend that is on the rise are ripped jeans. You see men wearing the look as well as women. It seems this trend will carry into the fall. The look is dark denim or a black skinny jean. I found a really cute pair of destroyed skinny jeans at Alloy that range between $39.90-44.90 depending on size. TGIF!

Let the festivities begin!! I’m one of those people who likes to celebrate their birthday until the weekend if the birthday falls on a weekday. I don’t know what my husband has planned but I know I’ll have a good time. Here is my Saturday outfit that I’ve purchased for myself. Since I don’t own a pair of white jeans (in fear of getting them dirty the minuet I put them on) I decided (what the hell) and brought a pair of skinny jeans from alloy.com if you sign up with there newsletter they give you a $10.00 discount for the order of your birthday month. I found a white pair of skinny jeans for $44.50 and a purple flutter  top from CharlotteRusse for $19.99.

I can’t say how much I love, love, love this very cute pinstripe woven shirt from Forever21 which retails for $12.50. I recently purchased the shirt and love how it fits and love how it goes with my dark skinny jeans and my fedora hat. The shirt not only comes in light blue and white  but also pink. I brought the white shirt and paired it with turquoise jewelry.

One of my “it” items are colored skinny jeans. They would be a great addition to my wardrobe and a great summer item, nothing says summer more than a pair of  yellow colored skinny jeans. I really love the yellow and pink skinny jeans maybe paired with jeweled sandals and a cute tank top. The colored skinny jeans come in: purple, pink, electric blue, yellow, and green. I found these colored skinny jeans from Alloy.com they retail for $39.50.

I just wanted to share this fabulous geometric Knit Top I just purchased  for $13.80 on the Forever21.com website. I first saw the top on The daily 10 on the E! network worn by Debbie Matenopoulos. Debbie wore the knit top tucked into a black high waisted skirt but it could also be worn with gray skinny jeans with a stud shoe.

For all of my tall women out there I understand how hard it is to find jeans and trousers that are long enough for your liking.. I’ve dealt with it for years I’m 5′11 !! I wanted to share my favorite site for pants that have lengths up to 37 inches. In comparison most jeans that have the length as “long” range from 32-34 inches in length at best. Alloy.com has great prices and a large variety of jeans, pants, trousers, skinny jeans, and destroyed jeans. The jeans shown are the Vigoss stitched boot-cut that range from $36.50-41.50. I don’t mean it literally but the new trend for the spring 09 is the boyfriend jacket. You can either pair it with skinny jeans and a nice top or like I recently saw the MTV hit “The Hills” Lauren Conrad wear it with a floral flowy skirt and a fitted shirt underneath. Everything paired with nice heels.

My favorite at the moment is a blazer from spiegel.com it’s their signature stretch fitted jacket and the price isn’t bad either it’s only $49.00 or even better if you head over to amazon you can get an Isaac Mizrahi blazer for $11.24 on clearance can’t beat that price. You could always go to the boys section in a department store and see what blazers they have and the price will be cheaper and the jacket will be more fitted.  This blazer can be found at Bloomingdale’s
